Job description:
- Collect, track, and analyze marketing performance data, including campaign costs, channel performance, and lead conversion metrics.
- Maintain detailed records of marketing expenditures, campaign results, and return on investment (ROI) to support budget forecasting and strategy evaluation.
- Assess ongoing marketing activities to determine what is and is not producing successful outcomes; adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Identify innovative methods and digital tools for advertising and outreach to improve customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Design and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, and social media) to increase visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct market research to evaluate competitor strategies, customer preferences, and emerging trends relevant to the home services industry.
- Develop visual reports and dashboards to present marketing performance insights to senior leadership.
- Coordinate local community events and promotional activities to strengthen customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
Job requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, or related field, or foreign equivalent, plus 6 months of experience in the job offered, specializing in digital marketing campaigns.
