Brian was extremely professional and helpful! He answered any and all questions I had in a fun fashion without making me feel as though I was a bother. He gave multiple recommendations for services I would need in different packages that would make them affordable. He even went the extra mile and checked a light switch that we've been having issues with and gave me guidance on what the problem could be. Highly recommend!!! Brian got our a/c working so quickly. He was very thorough, explained everything in detail. After he fixed the a/c, I told him one of our bedrooms was always hotter than the rest of the house. He got right into the attic through the smallest access spot and found the problem. He took pictures and then repaired the duct too. Brian was honest, knowledgeable, and I will definitely pass his information to anyone needing a/c services.

Replaced outlets all over my house

Great work at a fair rate. I had outlets all over my house not working. Several of them in the kitchen where I attempted DIY outlet remounting after counter top and back splash replacement but GFI kept tripping so I turned off the circuit. Richard from ACS showed up on time with a text and phone call in advance. Got everything working all for a very fair rate.

Technician (Brian T.) was knowledgeable and friendly. He was upfront with regard to all costs. He performed the scheduled maintenance and replaced a rusted out power box. I had him install a surge protector. Overall an excellent and affordable customer service experience.

Moved my condenser, moved outlets, and installed a porch light

I called ACS Home Services to move my condenser, move outlets and install a porch light. I was treated well from the first phone call to schedule an estimate, all the way through to the finished jobs. I love that they text you to confirm your appointments, send a picture of the technician so you know who will show up. They arrived for every appointment as scheduled and on time. The technicians were courteous and professional. Also, the estimates were very reasonable. I have recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to use their services from now on.

Fixed my clogged drain pipe

My 92 year old mother was sitting in the heat because another local company kept blowing her off. ACS came out right away and got it fixed. The problem was a clogged drain pipe and for $149 they took care of her and got it working. I can not say thank you enough to these guys!

Got my unit up and running with in a half hour!

An AC expert was able to come a half hour after my call after work hours! Got my unit up and running with in a half hour too. Reasonably priced, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Definitely will be a returning customer!

I made an appointment for my AC maintenance. Scott the technician arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly cleaned my unit and explained everything to me when he was done. He took before and after pictures so I could see what work was performed. I was able to see that I needed to protect my unit and improve the air quality in my home. Definitely recommend the company and ask for Scott !
